  • "This was our first grooming experience for our 3 year old beagle. We do baths at home and have used PetSmart for nail trims after our usual place started limiting their days and we couldn't make it there. Bruno, our beagle, is very dramatic, imagine?! Even with his normal theatrics considered, he was clearly not comfortable and visible shook when taking him for his nails. I was super nervous to leave him somewhere for grooming but after a great recommendation from a friend, we gave it a try and I am so happy with this experience. To start, I was a little bit of a wreck even at the thought of dropping him off. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and Sarah was so welcoming and friendly! We spent 15 minutes chatting about our previous experience and she was so patient and thoughtful. I am sure that she would have continued for even longer if I needed that to feel comfortable. It really felt like she cared to get to know Bruno! I was informed that I could text and check on him, I did. I received a message back detailing how he did with everything. Then, the picture came, check it out! I would have paid the very affordable cost just for the bandana and picture!"

She was cleaned and was actually white! She was so well trimmed, and smelled SO GOOD!!! I’m definitely going back but please support your local business!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!"
